Answer: The way to calculate it is as follows: Carbohydrates - Polyoles = Net carbs. For Crunchy caramel, it would be 12.2g Carbohydrates - 10.4g Polyoles = 1.8g net carbs. Fibers are not deducted such as in the USA.
