The customers seem to have mixed feelings about the Overlord (Blu-ray + DVD) combo pack. Some of them loved the movie, calling it "intense" and "visceral" with "excellent cinematography and sound design". However, others found it to be "derivative" and "predictable" with "thin characters" and "uneven pacing". One customer also noted that the Blu-ray transfer was "gorgeous", but that the DVD looked "muddy". Others enjoyed the special features, particularly the making-of featurette. Overall, it seems like Overlord is a polarising film that will appeal to some but not to others.
