Astemo Camshaft Position Editorial Review
The Hitachi CPS0032 Engine Camshaft Position Sensor has garnered mixed reactions from customers, primarily due to its compatibility claims and performance outcomes. While some users appreciate the efficiency of Hitachi as a brand, there is underlying dissatisfaction regarding the product's claimed compatibility with certain vehicle models, specifically the 2008 Infinity G35. Customers have reported that despite the installation of these sensors, they noticed no significant improvement in engine performance or starting reliability, leading them to revert to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for better results. Furthermore, the quality of the sensors themselves has been scrutinized, with users describing a loose fit and questioning the overall reliability compared to other brands. Despite being a respected Japanese company, the perception of these sensors has been affected by user experiences that suggest they may not always meet the expected standards for performance and compatibility. Overall, the reception of the Hitachi CPS0032 is lukewarm, hinging heavily on the essential need for precise compatibility to ensure optimal vehicle performance. **
