Many customers also appreciated the inner plastic liner, which is supposed to prevent bleed-through bleaching. Some customers felt that the liner was not well-secured on the cap they received and had to use plastic wrap underneath to prevent bleeding into the hair under the cap. Others found the cap to be too small, even for their large head size. One customer pointed out that the cap was of better quality than the ones they used to get in the frosting kits of the 70's -90's.
